We’re Ben and Rosy, partners in life, family, and hospitality. From our signature homes, The Arith House and The Dem Basil, to our long-term rentals, we create spaces that feel warm, intentional, and unforgettable.

Lifelong educators and peace officers turned full-time hosts and property managers. What began with one unexpected rental in 1997 has grown into The Arith Collection, our family-built portfolio of thoughtfully designed homes.
We love creating warm, welcoming spaces that make guests feel cared for. Every home is prepared with intention, comfort, and the little touches that make a stay memorable.
Our daughter Ugochi hosts alongside us, so when you write to us you are reaching family either way.
