A few nights
Visiting family, passing through on the way to Sequoia, or in town for a wedding. The Arith House is set up for short stays with everything already in place.
A month or a season
On a travel contract, relocating, or between homes. The Dem Basil is built for stays of thirty days or more, with terms we work out with you directly.
A year or longer
We also care for long-term rentals across the Valley. Availability changes, so the best thing is simply to ask us what is open.

The foundation
of our journey
Before the furnished homes, there were the long-term rentals, and they are still the backbone of what we do. We care for homes in Hanford, Lemoore, Corcoran, and San Bernardino, some of which we have held for more than twenty years.
These are not listed for nightly booking. If you are looking for a long-term home in the Valley, get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is available and when.
